We’re content creators, producers, and storytellers dedicated to bringing big ideas to life with energy, expertise, and a touch of mischief. Since 2004, we’ve partnered with top-tier talent, networks, and brands to craft television, branded content, and campaigns that connect and entertain.
See the Work Start a ConversationMonkey Hour. It’s that magical time of day when the energy is unstoppable, laughter is contagious, and imagination climbs the walls. For our founder, Jill Littman, the term Monkey Hour began as a family inside joke—her parents’ way of describing the nightly ritual when sugar-fueled energy took over, silliness reigned supreme, and creativity ran wild.
At Monkey Hour Productions, we channel that boundless spark into everything we create. We work like it’s always Monkey Hour—fueled by passion, humor, grit, and an energy that’s as infectious as it is unstoppable. From bold storytelling to big-hearted collaborations, our mission is simple: spread joy, spark curiosity, and make content that sticks.
But energy is only half the story. Our true strength lies in collaboration. Over the years, we’ve partnered with networks, brands, and some of the biggest names in the business—from celebrity chefs to household-name talent—and we’re known for making the process seamless. Whether we’re running a 22-season television series or producing a brand campaign, we create an environment where top-tier talent feels supported, heard, and inspired to shine.
Because at the end of the day, storytelling isn’t just about what you see on screen—it’s about the people who bring it to life. And at Monkey Hour Productions, we make sure those people, and their stories, have a damn good time doing it.
Blend world-class production with unstoppable creativity to craft stories that move, entertain, and inspire people. All with a touch of Monkey Hour magic.
Jill Littman is the founder and creative force behind Monkey Hour Productions. A seasoned Executive Producer and Showrunner, she has spent more than two decades leading productions that range from hit television series to large-scale branded campaigns. Jill is best known for her 22-season run executive producing Food Network’s hit series, Restaurant: Impossible, along with acclaimed projects for Magnolia Network, HGTV, Paramount+, and beyond.
Her work blends sharp creative instincts with tireless production expertise, but what truly sets Jill apart is her gift for talent relations. She has built a reputation as a trusted partner to on-camera personalities, celebrity chefs, and network executives alike—creating an environment where top-tier talent feels supported, empowered, and inspired to deliver their very best.
That ability to balance big-picture vision with genuine collaboration has made her a go-to leader for productions of every scale. But Jill is more than a producer—she’s a storyteller who thrives on connection, curiosity, and a good laugh. Monkey Hour was born from her childhood nickname for those moments of boundless energy and imagination—and it’s still how she approaches every project today: with unstoppable creativity, joy, and a knack for bringing out the best in the people around her.
Since 2004, we’ve been creating content that’s as energetic as it is unforgettable—whether it’s rescuing restaurants on national television, building heartfelt campaigns for global brands, or crafting stories that shine across digital platforms.
From spark to screen, we sling ideas into unforgettable stories that resonate.
We manage budgets, crews, schedules, and every moving part while keeping creativity front and center.

TV, streaming, social, and digital—we create with agility so stories swing across every platform.
We’ve had the joy of collaborating with some of the biggest names in television, streaming, and branded content—and a few scrappy innovators we’re just as proud of.
